we celebrate the contributions of our colleagues and the steps we take to ensure their voices are heard.  

How We Celebrated 

To honor the dedication and impact of our female team members, FCM offered all female team members on our team a half-day off on March 8th. 

This gesture reflects our appreciation for their hard work and underscores our commitment to supporting work-life balance and well-being.
